Chicken Curry in Toast Cup







Salam...hi people...

Second........lets take a look something yg boleh dibuat klu nk abiskn bread kt dapur...ye la s/times boring gak dok tgk bread tu melambak kt pantry kn...boring la dok tgk dia berkeping-keping kt situ x sape nk mkn..ye la warna pn coklat dgn putih ek...yg lalu sebelah pn dok jeling2 je...

Ok, hari ni nk share resepi simple ni...


Chicken Currry in Toast Cup
(blh hasilkn 6 muffin cup mcm dlm gambar)

Bahan:
1 bhgn dada ayam ambil isi shj/ ayam cincang Ramly
1 labu bawang bsr (didadu)
2 ulas bwg putih (dicicang)
1 sudu bsr cili boh
1 sudu bsr serbuk kari
setgh batang carrot didadu
2 cendawan butang dipotong nipis
gula & garam secukup rasa

2 slice cheesedale dipotong (sy tak ltk sbb dh abis:))
6 keping roti dibuang kulit
6 muffin cup
Marjerin atau mentega
Mayonese

Cara:
Tumis bawang besar dan bawang putih hingga naik bau.
masukkan cili boh.
Bila cili dah msk..mskkn daging ayam...goreng smpi msk..
Tambah serbuk kari & goreng sebati.
Masukkn carrot & cendawan butang, tambah gula & garam secukup rasa...
Sejukkn inti

Toast Cup:

Sapu mentega (sy gune brand Naturel kurg lemak) pd 6 kpg roti yg tlh dibuang kulit
Blh tambah mayonese klu suka masam ckit..
mskkn setiap keping dlm muffin cup mengikut kreativiti msg2...hehe ikut suka la mcm ne
mskkn inti ayam td slm setiap muffin cup yg telah diletak roti
Letak cheese di bahgn atas utk hiasan
Bakar pd suhu 130'c selama 15 minit...

Hidangan ni leh wat 4 breakfast or minum ptg...
